Refund policy

ENDING THE CONTRACT BECAUSE OF A CHANGE MADE BY US

If you are ending the contract between us for any of the following reasons, the contract between us will end immediately and we will refund you for any Products which have not been provided:

  • we have told you about an upcoming alteration to the Product which you do not agree to;
  • there is a risk that delivery of the Products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control;
  • you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Single Issue

In relation to Single Issues which you have ordered, we will offer you the right to cancel the contract of an unopened Single Issue during the 14 day period after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you received the Single Issue.

Magazine Subscription

In relation to Magazine Subscriptions which you have ordered, you have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract during the 14 day period after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you receives, the first of the four individual issues which forms part of the Magazine Subscription.

HOW TO END THE CONTRACT WITH US 

To end the contract with us, please let us know by doing one of the following:

  • Call us on 07385 846953 or email us at mailroom@thepitstopmagazine.com, providing your full name, details of the Order, your phone number and your email address.

We will refund you the Price you paid for the Products by the method you used for payment. However, if you are exercising your right to change your mind:

  • We may reduce your refund of the Price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products, if this has been caused by you handling the Products in an unreasonable manner. 
  • The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the cost of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. 

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and if you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the Product back from you.
